Basepoint Brings Back Wellness January
Returning to work after the festive season can be difficult, so Basepoint has decided to give Licensees a boost.
For the third year in a row 'Wellness January' will be celebrated at the Riverside Business Centre to welcome back Licensees and their employees after the Christmas/New Year break.
Free fruit will be available in Reception each Wednesday this month in order to aid the detoxes and diets that are dreaded, discussed and diligently followed at the beginning of each year. This should help keep everyone on the straight and narrow with their new year resolutions!
New Licensee Supreme Being Fitness has also agreed to give a short presentation this month to further demonstrate what can be done to improve fitness and overall wellness. More details to follow!
