Dartford Licensee is excited by shortlisting for prestigious award
Kinetic Business Marketing is a direct marketing company based at Basepoint Dartford. Specializing in the technical sectors, Kinetic have been working with some of the UK’s best e-learning, training & IT companies.
Having lost her first business at the age of 20, entrepreneur and Kinetic Business Marketing Founder Sophie Russell, set up the firm as a one woman band. However, she knew she could take the business to a new level and in 2015 took the plunge, setting up her office and employing full time staff - working with like-minded individuals hungry for success like she was. Kinetic has since gone from strength to strength providing Sophie with development as a business owner and a professional person.
This success at just 24 years old, has lead to Sophie being nominated for The Young Microentrepreneur Award at the Citi Microentrepreneurship Awards 2016/2017. This award recognises the success of an outstanding entrepreneur being the ages of 18 and 25 who has benefitted from the support of a responsible finance provider. A cheque for £6000 will be presented to the winner.
Sophie feels honoured to be nominated for such a prestigious award, and to be recognised for all the hard work that has been put in to making Kinetic, the company it is blossoming into.
In Sophie’s own words – “Kinetic is my life, I could never go back to working for someone else, I love what I do! I can’t wait to be twice my age and look back at my younger self and see how much more I have learned and developed. Failure is not an option - however every time something does fail I must learn and grow in order to succeed.”
The awards ceremony, partnered with Citi Foundation, takes place on March 28th 2017 at the Cardiff Marriott Hotel. We wish Sophie the best of luck at the event and for the continued prosperity of her business.
