MICHAEL SOBELL QUIZ NIGHT
On Friday 24th February, Michael Sobell Hospice held its annual Quiz Night with VIP Shaun Wallace aka The Dark Destroyer from ITVs The Chase.
Basepoint Eastcote staff took part in the event which aimed to raise funds for their centre charity whilst providing a fun and informal quiz night. Speaking about the event Centre Manager Katie Knott commented 'It has been a great evening and another fantastic way to get involved and support our centre charity’.
The amount raised was a whopping £6,000 which includes some match-funding from Basepoint Eastcote and was an extremely fun evening. Thanks to everyone who came along, volunteered and supported this brilliant, and very special, 40th anniversary event - a truly memorable night which was enjoyed by all that attended.
After a gallant effort, Basepoint accepted the wooden spoons for coming last but we all agreed it’s the taking part that counts
