SUCCESSFUL KENT VISION LIVE EXHIBITION

All Kent Centres joined forces for the Kent Vision Live Exhibition in Maidstone today.
The theme was 'Grow Your Business with Basepoint'. Over the last fews weeks, pots, seed packets, cellophane and ribbon were bought, cut and made ready for the team to put our 'Grow Your Own Sunflower' kits together. Not only did the 200 kits fly off of the exhibition stand, photo's of the sunflowers will be posted on Twitter at #basepointsunflowers over the coming months. All photo's that are posted will be entered into a draw for £100 garden centre vouchers.
Lorraine, Centre Manager at Folkestone said 'You wouldn't believe how many people were smiling as soon as we asked them if they wanted to grow their own sunflowers. Many thought it was a lovely idea and a great promotion. Word soon got around and others were searching us out.'
Lorraine said 'Over the years I have been asking different merchandising companies for items that are unique and would have longevity and are useful, with no success! I don't think we needed them in the end!'
