We here at Basepoint Camberley are welcoming Tracy Palazzo-Barnes who has recently moved into Unit 316 with her Business Mind and Bodyworx.
Tracy created Mind & Bodyworx to help her clients feel good in themselves, whatever their goals.
Her aims are:
To reduce pain, restore balance, improve strength, flexibility and range of movement.
To help her clients understand their bodies, the way they work and how they heal.
And when she has managed all that, she might encourage her clients to enjoy life at a slightly less manic pace!
Tracy offers different kinds of massages, rangind from A facial massage, over a full sports massage to a soothing Reiki massage.
