Suffolk Day at Basepoint Ipswich
Basepoint Ipswich will be taking part in the Suffolk Day celebration on the 21st of June in honour of the county the centre and licensees call home.
Plans are already underway at Basepoint Ipswich for a Suffolk Day celebration for all its licensees.
Staff have organised for local butcher George Debman to bring the summer vibe to the centre with a BBQ featuring all locally sourced meats. Alongside this a selection of veggie friendly options will be available, from pasta salads to grilled veggie burgers. Cupcake kitchen will also be providing Suffolk themed cupcakes, and the Suffolk flag will be flying high at the centre.
Speaking of the event- assistant centre manager Leanne Martin commented 'It's the first year of Suffolk holding such an event and it is great to see everyone in the local community getting so involved. We know a lot of our licensees won't be able to attend other celebrations as they will be working here at the centre, so we thought- why not bring an event to them?'
