Business reaching for the sky at Basepoint Ipswich

Ipswich

Despite the economy’s gloomy forecast, Basepoint Ipswich business centre is expanding due to reaching 100% occupancy in its offices. The centre will be converting 5,600 sq ft of space on the top floor, creating ten new offices: five individual offices ideal for start up businesses and five larger offices which will provide existing licensees with the option to expand. Three of Basepoint’s existing licensees have already signed up to move into the larger offices and two have been reserved by new companies. The new office units will be ready from 2nd April 2012, along with three workshops that are still available at the centre.

Michelle Wootton, centre manager at Basepoint Ipswich, commented: “At Basepoint our aim is to continue improving our facilities so that they meet the requirements of our licensees. Whilst we are keen to attract new businesses to the centre, we are also devoted to helping our existing companies grow and expand which is why the new offices are crucial. We’re delighted to see that some of our licensees are expanding – a true testament considering the challenging times we’re in.”
