100,000 sq ft Eureka office scheme gets go-ahead

Basepoint have won planning permission for 30,000 sq ft of new offices at Eureka Business Park in Ashford, Kent. Ashford council showed the green light to plans from Quadrant Estates to build four new office buildings totalling 64,000 sq ft at a planning meeting last week.
