The Basepoint operated Gosport Business Centre was Highly Commended in the recent Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards in recognition of its continued support for local community groups and activities. This comes hot on the heels of the hat trick of awards the business centre won in 2011 and the management team hopes that the centre can build on all of its recent success going forward.

On Tuesday 21st February, Basepoint Swindon will be inviting the Walk Swindon Project to its business centre in Westlea to encourage employees to get out of the office for a 45 minute walk to help keep fit and healthy.

Snow brings out the best in people!

If you ever needed proof that the management style at Basepoint was effective, the 4 inches of snow that landed on Basepoint Swindon overnight certainly provided it. Armed with two snow shovels, grit and a wheelbarrow, the team at Basepoint Swindon set to work on clearing the car park before the licensees arrived. Lyn Chapman, Centre Manager has clearly got her delegation procedure in full working order with Becca her assistant doing all the shovelling and Mark the maintenance man abiding by health and safety regulations to the letter.
