BASEPOINT ANDOVER A HIVE OF BUSINESS GROWTH AND ECONOMY

Basepoint Business Centre, Andover, has seen a record high in occupancy, new companies and expansion in the last year. The centre is running at a high occupancy rate and has been 100% occupied for several months in the past year. The centre, situated in East Portway Business Park, is comprised of offices, studios and workshops ranging from a one person office, up to a large industrial unit. The centre has a community feel, with free networking events and Licensee events. Internal referrals are very common, due to having such a range of different business sectors on their doorstep, working together to create an internal network for cross referral and support.
