Basepoint Business Centre, Andover, has seen a record high in occupancy, new companies and expansion in the last year. The centre is running at a high occupancy rate and has been 100% occupied for several months in the past year.
The centre, situated in East Portway Business Park, is comprised of offices, studios and workshops ranging from a one person office, up to a large industrial unit.
