A big welcome to our newest licensee Kelly Rook - Body Perfect Pilates, who has recently moved into a serviced office with us.
Kelly opened Body Perfect Pilates to create a positive, calm space for people to move. She has been doing Pilates for over 20 years and she enjoys sharing the wonderful gifts it has to offer.
When teaching Pilates, she focuses on the biomechanics and quality of movement. She loves to integrate all the big equipment; mat, reformer, trapeze tables, ladder barrel, chair and the smaller equipment; balls, mini balls and magic circle.
Body Perfect Pilates is the second studio she has founded and run. She has had the privilege of working with students from all backgrounds; from beginners to advanced, children and adults, professional and amateur athletes, dancers. actors, musicians, high profile clients as well as pre and post-natal, those with back pain, arthritis, scoliosis, hip replacements, trainee teachers and more both in the UK and overseas. Ultimately she enjoys helping people to move.
