Basepoint Dartford To Participate in world's biggest coffee morning

On Friday 28th September The Base will become one of many venues hosting a coffee morning for Macmillan.
According to the Macmillan website, the first ever Coffee Morning happened way back in 1990. It was a rather small affair with a simple idea: guests would gather over coffee and donate the cost of their cuppa to Macmillan in the process. It was so effective, they did it again the next year – only this time nationally. Since then, Coffee Morning has raised over £200 million for Macmillan.
This will be the first year that Basepoint Dartford is involved in the coffee morning, so we look forward to seeing what sweet treats our licensees whip up in the name of charity!
