World Mental Health Day
Basepoint Luton hosted a special coffee morning this week in partnership with Healthwatch Luton to raise awareness of World Mental Health Day.
Did you know that 12.7% of all sickness absence days in the UK are contributed to a mental health condition and 1 in 6.8 people will experience mental health problems in the workplace at some point?
These facts and plenty of useful information on mental health in the workplace was on hand at this weeks coffee morning courtesy of Licensee, Healthwatch Luton. The team also brought with them useful contacts for businesses and employees who would like to seek support with mental health issues.
