Networking Hub great success
Following a little summer break it was time again for our bi-monthly networking hub here at Basepoint Folkestone.
With around 25 people the networking was well attended again and speaker Andrew Munn from Lunatus Resourcing Ltd. presented an interesting insight in today's recruitment process.
A staggering 85% of people admit to having made the wrong decision when recruiting for a role within their company and Andrew gave some useful tips on how to avoid this. One of the important points is to make the application process easy and smooth and recognise the true drivers for the applicant, such as development, work-life-balance and so on.
Following the presentation everyone came together to network over lunch, which was provided by 'Refresh Cafe', our onsite cafe.
