Meet the Team
Ian started working for Basepoint in July 2016. Before joining Basepoint, Ian worked in the arts and leisure industries, mainly in Operational Management roles and has previously owned and operated a group of independent cinemas prior to joining Local Government in 2006 as the Operations Manager of the Theatre & Arts Service at Caerphilly CBC.
Ian has worked on a number of high profile projects and events including In Concert with the Manic Street Preachers for BBC Radio 2 and Proms in the Park. When not at Basepoint, Ian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, particularly going to the theatre and cinema as much as possible.
Assistant Centre Manager (Maternity Leave)
Chloe joined Basepoint Chepstow in October 2014 as Assistant Manager.
Chloe returned to the UK in 2014, having lived in Dublin since 2007. Her most recent role, prior to joining Basepoint, was as PA to the CEO of Barclays Bank Ireland.
Since leaving Barclays, Chloe and her Husband took some time out to travel across Europe in a motorhome, visiting 23 countries from the Mediterranean to Scandinavia to the Baltic States and beyond.
Prior to living in Ireland, Chloe worked mainly in education, as a primary school supply teacher and also for Creative Partnerships, a programme set up to instil arts, culture and creativity into classrooms.
Chloe loves working with the Team and Licensees at Basepoint Chepstow and thrives on making the Centre a welcoming and friendly place to do business.
Trevor joined Basepoint in March 2016. He comes from a Building and Maintenance background having previously worked within the NHS and Hotel industry.
With motorcycles being his passion, there is nothing more enjoyable he finds than taking a road trip on a sunny Sunday and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. He is also a keen car enthusiast and is known to dabble in a spot of DIY.
Trevor very much enjoys working with the team and Licensees at Basepoint and works hard to keep the centre in tip-top condition.
